Agla Elísabet Hendriksdóttir
Agla Elísabet Hendriksdóttir was born in 1967. Agla has a BA degrees in political sciences and business administration. Her work experience includes being Managing director at Íslandssjóðir, Director of Asset Management at Íslandsbanki and Fund manager of various funds at Glitnir Bank. She has been on various boards, including Borgun, LÍN,EIK properties and Fjarskipti.
Andrew Bernhardt is in the Board of ALMC hf. . He joined the company in October 2007 and has been responsible for leading the restructuring of a number of ALMC's significant investments (including non executive board appointments). Prior to joining ALMC he had been Executive Director at GE Commercial Finance, responsible for origination and execution of structured finance transactions. Before GE, Andrew spent 27 years at Barclays Bank, where he was most recently Director of Leveraged Finance in London between 2001-2005 and prior to which he was heavily involved in both major work out and business development roles.
Bernhard A. Petersen
Bernhard A. Petersen has a Cand Oecon degree from the University of Iceland. He is the Managing Director and co-owner of Proteus and Hyrna which provide both local and foreign individuals and entities overall management services. He has been in this line of business since the year 2001 and during this period served as director of number of Icelandic companies in general business, finance and holding, including several Icelandic subsidiaries of foreign multi-nationals. From 1990 – 2001 Bernhard served as Managing Director in Icelandic entities. First as Finance Manager and later Managing Director of Icelandic Student Services, then as Managing Director of the publishing company Vaka-Helgafell and later on the Managing Board of Edda – media and publishing after the merger of Vaka-Helgafell and Mal og menning the two leading publishing companies in Iceland.
Christopher Perrin (chairman)
Christopher Perrin is 54 years old with a master´s degree in History from The University of Vermont. He worked with Merrill Lynch in the US and Austria as a Financial Consultant. He was a senior Managing Director with Girocredit, Austria. In 1994 he joined CA IB GmbH where he held numerous positions, including Managing Director and Member of the Group Management Board. Most recently he has worked as an independent financial advisor focusing on renewable energy projects in Europe and South America.
Kristín Guðmundsdóttir was born in 1953 and currently works as a manager at KG slf. In 2011 she served as the CEO of Skipti hf. From 2003 - 2010 Kristín worked as CFO of Síminn hf. and Skipti and as CFO of Grandi hf. from 1994 to 2002. Kristin also served for many years as a manager with Íslandsbanki and Iðnaðarbankinn. She sat on the board of Míla ehf. 2007-2011, where she served as Chairman of the board in 2011. Kristin sat on the board of Síminn hf. 2007-2011 and as a chairman in 2011. She has, among other things served on the boards of the following companies: Skjár miðlar ehf., Fasteignafélagið Jörfi ehf., Sjóminjasafnið, Farsímagreiðslur ehf., Straumur hf., Verslunarráð Íslands, Verðbréfaskráning Íslands hf. og Lífeyrissjóður verkstjóra. Kristin has a Cand. oecon. degree in business administration from the University of Iceland.
