Authorised debt moratorium of Straumur-Burðarás fjárfestingabanki hf.

Call for a meeting with creditors - 8 December 2009

By a ruling delivered by the Reykjavík District Court on 16 June 2009, Straumur-Burðarás fjárfestingabanki´s hf. moratorium on debt payments was extended until Friday 11 December at 13:00, when the case will be heard anew in the Courthouse by Lækjartorg in Reykjavík.

Measures have been taken to to maximise the worth of assets and reorganisation of the bank´s finances is also underway. With reference to Article 13 of the Act on Bankruptcy, etc., No 21/1991 creditors of Straumur-Burðarás fjárfestingabanki hf. are hereby called to a meeting which will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday 8 December 2009 at Hotel Hilton Reykjavik Nordica, Suðurlandsbraut 2, Reykjavík.
