Meeting on 6 August 2009 - 9:30pm

A creditors' meeting will be held on Thursday, 6 August 2009, at 9:30 am at Hilton Hotel Nordica, Sudurlandsbraut 2, Reykjavík.  Parties who have submitted claims against the bank are entitled to attend the meeting.  This meeting will discuss a list of claims lodged and the decision of the Winding-up Board insofar as it is then available.  A list of claims lodged will be accessible to those who have submitted claims against the bank at least one week prior to the above-mentioned meeting.

Note that the meeting will not be broadcasted over the internet.

Meeting on 6 August 2009 – 11:00am

Following the previously advertised 9:30am meeting on 6 August the management of Straumur Investment bank hf. will hold an informal creditors meeting. Those entitled to attend the first meeting this same day are invited to participate in this meeting as well, the meeting will start at 11:00am at the same location as the first meeting. The management of Straumur will  introduce and discuss draft of the composition agreement. The meeting will be broadcasted live over the internet.
