1. Who should I send the claim transfer request to?
The original claim transfer request with all necessary supporting documentation should be sent, by certified mail, to:

2. Where can I find my claim number?
Claim numbers can be found in the claim register. To obtain a copy of the claim register please send a request to the Winding-up Board, at windingup@straumur.com
3. When at the latest is it possible to have a claim transfer registered in the claim registry before the Composition Proposal is sent out?
All claim transfers need to be notified to the Winding Up Board no later than 17:00 GMT on the 27th of June 2010 (the day prior the Composition Proposal is sent to creditors). If a notification is not received by the Winding Up Board before that time the transferee will not receive the Composition Proposal at the same time as all the other creditors. The WUB will send the Composition Proposal to the transferee as soon as the transfer has been notified and completed.
4. When at the latest is it possible to have a claim transfer registered in the claim registry before the composition vote?
The vote on the Composition Proposal will take place on 13th July 2010. All claim transfers shall be notified to the Winding Up Board no later than 17:00 GMT on the day prior to the vote on the Composition Proposal. If a claim transfer notification is not received by the Winding Up Board before that time the transferee will not be registered in the claim registry and will therefore not be allowed to vote at the composition meeting. The right to vote will stay with the transferor. The WUB will give creditors at least two weeks’ notice in advance of the meeting to vote on the Composition
5. Is it possible to transfer claims after the composition vote?
Yes. It should be noted that Composition Creditors that wish to receive the instruments and the de minimis payment as per the terms of the Composition Proposal will need to be registered in the claim registry on the date when the Winding Up Board distributes such instruments.
